Kohlrabi was delicious cut into chips, little oil plus seasoned flour and paprika, roasted. Tops also edible cooked like spinach. French turnips sliced and sauteed (removes any bitterness). Squeaky fresh spring onions! Used outer lettue leaves for French peas as I don't want to waste any of this stuff :)
